I loved this hotel: location and staff.

Clean hotel, and the staff were polite, location was top very close to tourist attractions. The breakfast was perfect, had plenty of food like breads, cereals, eggs and fruit.

The whole experience was really enjoyable. The hotel was relaxing, I appreciated the welcoming staff and awesome breakfasts. It had perfect location with access to Congress Innsbruck Event Venue nearby.

Such a really good stay at peak time. Everything is amazing, I loved my time here.

Neat, cozy hotel, there was a great lobby. The buffet breakfast was fresh made and consisted of slices of fresh bread, cereal, eggs and fruit. Booked a room with incredible views of the mountains. All of the staff members were professional and brilliantly helpful.

The room was newly renovated and available with sufficient storage and a gorgeous view, for instance. The hotel was located short walk to all attractions, many old town museums, main station. An ornate habsburg residence was also placed within walking distance of the venue.

good looking room, helpful staff, nice bed. breakfast had something for everyone - eggs, cereals and bacon. there were air conditioning, coffee and wi-fi in the room, liked that. central location, within walking distance of a protected park.

Staying at the hotel was fab, I would love to stay here again. Staff was happy, rooms are attractive, and I appreciated reasonable location. Fairly clean and trendy venue in Innenstadt district.

This hotel was an enjoyable base for short break. Brilliant location not very far from hungerburgbahn. Absolutely fantastic, fine room with a spacious bathroom. Staff was very attentive every day.

Had an exceptional stay here. Great value breakfast, clean pool, smart staff. Bed was comfortable, room was exceptional and had an unbelievable view. It was good to have non-alcoholic drinks in the cocktail bar.

All in all a peaceful hotel and outstanding stay. I got free upgrade and loved it. I found snacks in the reception. There was a CONVENIENT restaurant, the shops and the markets next door. Also, a conservation - oriented zoo was max 25 minutes walk to.

The staff was simply accommodating and they had extra comfy beds. Walking distance to stores and a market across the street. Moreover, congress innsbruck event venue was 5 minutes' walk away. Booked a room with panoramic views.

Old-fashioned and spotless place, very service-minded staff. Food was fine and I liked scrambled eggs, cereals and bacon. Simple check in & the service was high quality! The beds were comfy, and it was great value.

Wonderful location, room is very well equipped and extremely helpful staff. You could walk to stores and a market. Nice sized suite and quiet bed. Healthy breakfast, helpful service...

Loved the staff and service, they were wonderful. Being near die Wilderin was nice, we had dinner there. Also, free Wi-Fi was provided.
